This unique and inviting home has been designed to harmonise with the open countryside whilst still maintaining a contemporary feel.
The plan of the house has been kept very compact with all the service areas placed on the cooler side of the house whilst the living areas are located to maximise on sunlight and warmth.
The dining room has been placed on the East side so that breakfast-time would be drenched in morning sun.
The roof voids have been fully utilised as bonus spaces, making the cost to floor area ratio extremely economical whilst still creating some very interesting and quirky spaces .
