Gradden Design Studio is able to offer an Architectural service that focuses on coming alongside their clients to form a partnership that delivers tailor-made design solutions.
The process starts of with a complimentary site visit where you, as the client, are able to express your hopes and dreams for your property and gain valuable information about what may or may not be possible with regards to technicalities and planning constraints.
We will then go away and fully investigate a few conceptual design options which we believe will unlock and maximise the potential previously hidden within your property.
Once a concept design has been agreed, we will draw up plans, complete Design and Access statements and coordinate any other information required to make a valid application to the local authority..
Subject to Council consent we will then further develop the design to produce a set of detailed design drawings suitable for Building control approval. These drawings are highly developed and will provide your building team with everything they need in order to turn your dreams into reality.
